I’ve used the Vintage Burn fat burner for more than six weeks.

First of all, I can tell you that this is one of the strongest fat-burners I’ve ever tried.

And I usually tolerate very well thermogenic fat burners.

When I started taking this fat burner, I made the mistake of taking the first dosage on an empty stomach.

A big mistake. My recommendation is to start with one capsule with a meal and build up the dosage.

I suggest you take a maximum of four capsules a day (two capsules, two times a day with a meal).

Also, don’t take the product late in the afternoon as you may experience insomnia.

Have I Felt any Side Effects?

I didn't have any side effects other than a slight headache when I took it for the first time in the morning on an empty stomach.

What Benefits I Felt from Taking Vintage Burn?

I am that always hungry type of chick, and dieting is usually a big struggle for me. 

When I started taking Vintage Burn fat burner, there were days when I had to force myself to eat.

Also, you can feel when the ingredients work the moment they kick in.

You will feel some level of thermogenesis—your body is heating up.

You can also start sweating a bit more.

But once your tolerance is built, you will feel these effects less.
